- Pricing errors or incorrect product information
- Issues requiring additional verification before order acceptance
If your order is canceled (partially or fully) or if additional information is needed, we will notify you promptly.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Upon cancellation, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days.
- A pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2% will be deducted, and 98% of the amount will be refunded to your account.
- Customized lighting products are non-cancellable.
